Fusion invites you and your staff to enjoy the sights and excitement of the beautiful Sydney Harbour with the Christmas party cruises organised for Corporate Christmas Celebrations in December.
Our wonderfully decorated catamaran is the ideal venue to celebrate this tradition and reward your staff for their hard work. Our Christmas party cruises include cocktail food, buffet or a formal menu which features the best offerings from traditional English and contemporary Australian servings. We can arrange any entertainment you desire, from a DJ or live band, to a Brazilian dance spectacular.

Our dedicated functions coordinator and experienced and energetic crew can tailor your function to your needs and budget, or join us for a combined function.

Entertainment
For all Christmas party cruises we provide a Functions & Events Coordinator to help organise with the extensive list of entertainment options on offer, including DJ’s, Live Bands, Classical Musicians, Floor Shows, Singers, Comedians and Magicians. We are happy for you to accommodate your own entertainment and arrange a site inspection for them prior to your function.

Embarking & Disembarking
The Fusion vessel can collect your guests from most public wharves on Sydney Harbour. We recommend that your guests be ready for embarking 15 minutes prior to the designated time. Your Functions & Events Coordinator will let you know which wharves offer secure parking, access to public transport, taxi service and security for your guests at the end of the evening. Water taxi transfers can be arranged if it is your wish. Our captain will design the cruise configuration to ensure your guests enjoy the spirit and spectacular sights of Sydney Harbour to their full advantage, including the Anzac Bridge, Darling Harbour, Lady Macquarie’s Chair, Luna Park, Mosman, Rushcutter’s Bay, Sydney Opera House, Taronga Park Zoo, The Harbour Bridge and Woolloomooloo.

Menu Options
All menu options offered for Christmas party cruises are prepared fresh by our on board chef. Our menu options are limited only by your imagination and include cocktail, buffet style banquets and three course cuisine. Your dedicated Functions and Events Coordinator will consult with our executive chef to design a menu to suit your budget, taste and cultural and religious beliefs. All menu options are professionally waited by our permanent staff. Our Buffet Banquet is ‘rolling,’ which means that we will keep serving as long as your guests are enjoying their meal. Children under the age of 12 are charged at half price. The following package has been designed as a guide only, and is based on our popular seasonal menus.

Open Bar Beverage Packages

The Fusion features two fully licensed bar on the first and second level. The bar can operate on a cash bar basis, or as an open bar, or you may include particular drinks in your food & beverage package. Our competitive beverage packages are as follows;

Open Bar Bronze : Unlimited house beer, house wine, house sparkling wine & soft drinks - $30.00 pp

Open Bar Silver : Unlimited house beer, house wine, house sparkling wine, house spirits & soft drinks - $35.00pp

Open Bar Gold : Unlimited house beer, house wine, house sparkling wine, premium spirits & soft drinks - $40.00pp
