Dedicated Function Coordinator
Our boat weddings have a dedicated Functions & Events Coordinator that can design any atmosphere you desire, whether you envisage the warmth and intimacy of a cocktail celebration or the opulence of a more formal occasion. We guarantee that you will be delighted with our first class service, fine cuisine, and professional entertainment provided on all our wedding cruises. Our exclusive Functions & Events Coordinator will also ensure that your celebration is meticulously planned, coordinated and directed, leaving nothing to chance.

Entertainment
Sydney Harbour weddings with real entertainment! Your Functions & Events Coordinator can provide you with an extensive list of entertainment options including DJ’s, Live Bands, Classical Musicians, Floor Shows, Singers, Comedians and Magicians. We are happy to accommodate your own entertainment and arrange a site inspection for them prior to your function.

Bridal Room
The Fusion vessel is specifically built and designed for wedding cruises. With its own Bridal Room, you can benefit from the privacy of your own preparatory quarters, for gift storage or utilise it to your own convenience. The Bridal Room is yours and serves as an additional comfort to make your special day a memorable one.

Décor and Floristry
Our boat weddings include white table linen and napery, crockery and silver cutlery.

We can also create any theme or ambiance you desire.

Menu Options
All menu options offered on our wedding cruises are prepared fresh by the on board chef. Our menu options are limited only by your imagination and include cocktail, buffet style banquets and three course cuisine. Your dedicated Functions and Events Coordinator will consult with our executive chef to design a menu to suit your budget, taste and cultural and religious beliefs. All menu options are professionally waited by our permanent staff. Our Sydney harbour weddings are like no other with our ‘rolling’ Buffet Banquet, which means that we will keep serving as long as your guests are enjoying their meal.  Children under the age of 12 are charged at half price.
Embarking & Disembarking
The Fusion vessel can collect your guests from most public wharves on Sydney Harbour. We recommend that your guests be ready for embarking 15 minutes prior to the designated time. Your Functions & Events Coordinator will let you know which wharves offer secure parking, access to public transport, taxi service and security for your guests at the end of the evening. Water taxi transfers can be arranged if it is your wish. Our captain will design the cruise configuration to ensure your guests enjoy the spirit and spectacular sights of Sydney Harbour to their full advantage, including the Anzac Bridge, Darling Harbour, Lady Macquarie’s Chair, Luna Park, Mosman, Rushcutter’s Bay, Sydney Opera House, Taronga Park Zoo, The Harbour Bridge and Woolloomooloo.n
